We were really surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the rooms at Hotel Susa. The bedding and towels were changed daily, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and accommodating, providing us with helpful advice on places to visit and eat. We also appreciated the variety of options available at breakfast, including fruits, cereals, and delicious coffee. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. we had a satisfying stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The small dining area downstairs offers a convenient location to enjoy breakfast, with friendly and helpful staff. It's easy to get to the center of Milano or Milan's central station from the hotel, even on a rainy day, with buses nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and free minibar.
The WiFi upstairs could be a bit temperamental at times.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. For just €70 per night, including a delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi, it exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable - from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the magnificent coffee, they didn't skimp on quality. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room, with its comfortable bed and a window overlooking the peaceful back yard, provided a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. The optimal room temperature made for a pleasant and restful night's sleep.
All was perfect, nothing to improve here.
